Varsity Team Inc is a non-profit organization that houses and provides for at-risk teens in San Diego County. At VTI we believe that every child should not only have the opportunity to achieve, but also the guidance and direction to reach their full potential.  Varsity Team Inc operates on these core principles:

  • Environment is half the battle.
  • Never forget where you came from.
  • Get the kids involved POSITIVE extra-curricular activities.
  • Treat the children like we would our own.
  • One success opens the door to future successes.
